Development

Basel-based P & F Immobilien AG has realised more than 50 petrol station/shop, department store, and combined property projects since 2005. We cover the entire value chain from site selection, planning, and final realisation to the subsequent marketing and management. Our small corporate structure and specific expertise has allowed us to gain many renowned companies as the primary tenants of our completed projects. We benefit from long-standing partnerships with architects, planners, and lawyers.
