The Rietbach Center is being built directly on the highly frequented Grabenstrasse between the Coop Megastore and the Parkallee. The new construction project offers beside 3'400 m² service area on the ground floor additional space for a hotel, a medical center over 500 m², as well as further 1'100 m² of office space in the upper floor.

The building application will be submitted to the municipality in November 2018. The Rietbach Center will then be sold to an end investor.
