P&F Immobilien AG and Thoma Immobilien AG are together constructing a total of 14 rental apartments (Building A) and 8 condominiums (Building B) at Frauenfelderstrasse 27, Matzingen. A long-term rental agreement has also been concluded with Denner for the ground floor (Building A).

The planning application will be submitted in December 2020. The start of construction is planned for spring 2023.
