January 2025 saw the successful completion of an attractive residential and commercial property at "Frauenfelderstrasse 27 / Wühre 16" in Matzingen.

All 14 rental apartments in the "Frauenfelderstrasse" building are being rented and every one of the 8 condominiums in the "Wühre 16" building has been sold. The new Denner branch opened on the ground floor of the "Frauenfelderstrasse" building on 3 April 2025.
