Hotel and gastronomy, petrol station with shop, service areas (Spreitenbach)

Together with Ducksch & Anliker Totalunternehmung AG, P & F Immobilien AG is building a modern commercial building in the Industriestrasse in Spreitenbach in early 2022. In addition to an international hotel chain with 100 rooms, the commercial building includes a petrol station with shop and further gastronomy and service areas. The application for building permit will be submitted in February 2019. Following planning and development, the new construction project will be sold to an investor.
