Due to changes in planning laws, this opened in 2015 as one of the last retail parks allowed in Baden-Württemberg. The tenants include Netto Markendiscount, AWG Bekleidung, Müller Drogeriemarkt, Bäckerei Gehri, Tupperware and Wagner "print and more".
