P&F Immobilien AG worked with the municipality of Zollikofen (the former owner of the land) and the cantonal authorities to come up with a development plan that would normally take years to be approved.

Instead, planning permissions were granted in an almost record-breaking 13 months thanks to a lack of objections.

The final approved building project was then sold to a final investor (a pension fund) and the construction took place in 2015.
